A passionate pioneer of the Tijuana sound, Herb Alpert's love for music began aged eight, when he discovered his natural flair for the trumpet. Fast forward over 60 years and Alpert is one of America's musical heroes, an eight-time Grammy winner (most recently in 2014), an artist, philanthropist and the only Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee to have entries, both as a singer and a composer.

More playing less talking.
I more enjoyed his playing and hearing the music over the storytelling. At times I though he got lost in his word and I really wanted them to play more music and jam, with some stories, not the other way around. Good time though! ... Read more

Absolutely Spectacular
I have ALWAYS loved Herb Alpert’s music but hearing it live just did something for my spirit. At 90, I expected a little lag, a little different delivery, but I was pleasantly impressed. He hasn’t lost a best!! The bonus was him bringing his wife on stage. This goes down in my history book!!
